Operating procedures for stretch film packaging machines
1 Preparation before starting
1. Check the forming adjusting cushion block and supporting plate and place them in place.
2. Check whether the ribbon and date of the coding machine (inkjet printer) need to be replaced.
3. Check whether the protective cover is in place, return it and press the reset button to reset the machine.
4. Check whether the air pressure meets the requirements (pressure 0.6MPA), and remove the water in each pipeline in time.
II. Boot
1. When sending power to the equipment, the order of the main switch before the breaker shall be followed.
2. After starting up, the display on the touch screen should be checked and prepared one by one (missing, reverse phase, undervoltage, protective switch, emergency stop, corresponding display on the temperature display screen).
Three. Other matters
1. The touch screen is fragile and shall not be knocked with heavy objects. It is recommended to operate with the rubber head of a pencil.
2. Power failure This equipment has power-off memory function. After power-on again, it will automatically complete the unfinished work in this process, and then automatically stop. When it is started again, it can be restarted according to the method indicated in the "start-up" item.
3. As the equipment runs at high speed and the machinery moves up and down, when operating the equipment, you must not put your hands, articles and tools into the inside of the equipment, pay attention to the position of your hands when applying the film, and do not put your hands into the inside of the equipment when it is not determined that the equipment has stopped or the emergency stop switch has not been pressed, so as not to cause accidents and disassemble indiscriminately. The locked part cannot be adjusted randomly.
4. The solenoid valve of the machine has a self-return function. After the gas supply is stopped, regardless of whether the power is cut off, it will return to the original position when the gas is supplied again.
5. In case of emergency, please immediately take the left and right emergency stop switches or lift any protective cover (protective switch) to stop the machine.
6. Daily maintenance and maintenance of stretch film packaging machine should pay attention to: before maintenance, stop water, electricity and gas, pay attention to the person, if you need to bring water, electricity and gas, you should have a special guard to prevent misoperation.
Four. Parts to be serviced and maintained daily
1. The heating plate shall be checked and cleaned every day, and the sealing shall be cleaned in the lower mold.
2. The cutter slot of the cross cutter should be cleaned every day, and the inside of the machine under the cutter should be cleaned up.
3. Check whether the chain is brought into the waste film and clean it every day.
4. Check the upper and lower film rolling and clean up the waste residue.
5. Waste cleaning, listen to the operation noise is normal.
6. Re-tighten all exposed bolts.
7. inkjet printer maintenance, system maintenance and back to the original position.
